Motor swap and now my car wont even go past 25mph

Okay, so i replaced my motor with a d16z6 bottom end and a d15b7 top end. The car starts and idles with no problem. But when i rev it or drive it the rpms barley goes up and the car wont go past 25 mph. Can come one please help me out. The engine before was a d16y8 and d15b7 and i spune a rob.

Your symptoms are consistent with the valve timing not being set up properly, when the engine was asembled. Check the timing marks on the crankshaft and camshafts to make sure they all line up properly.

I've done the timng 18 times now. The number one piston is at top end center. All the lines are on dot. Could it be a vacum hose being off?

check that the dizzy is still good. and that your timing it set to specs. i had a issues like this when my dizzy was going out. its struggle to accel at all.
