ASTON MARTIN Dbs

Hi all , this is the new tamiya Aston Martin Dbs .
straight oob , sprayed with genuine aston martin karussell orange that i had mixed . stunning kit not one fitment problem , and a pleasure to build , only one thing is the left hand dash only we dont want that in the uk we want right hand .

That looks good. I like your color choice.

Good to see one of these completed already - looks great! I have started mine too but haven't decided on the paint & interior colour schemes...

Oh, and I agree that it is a pity about the dash, but I'm not confident enough yet in my modelling ability to convert / correct it.

Me too, I want a v8 vantage kit (personally I think the car looks more into proportions beside the DBR-9)

Thanks Guys for your comments , the top picture was really just there to show the colour as i could not find a decent one of the dbs , they all seam to be black or graphite silver

Lovely build, your paintwork looks great, & I really like the colour! You may not be able to find a pic of a DBS in that colour though - according to the Aston website the DBS isn't available in Karusel orange! (but if I could afford a real one I'd have it painted whatever colour I wanted!) Did you use Zero paint?

I was about to order one of these, but reading that it doesn't have a RHD dash makes me think I won't bother! How could Tamiya not include a RHD dash in such an iconic British car??!! (and I'd have thought their home market would have wanted RHD too!)
