rear differential problem?????

i have an automatic 05 tacoma. i too have the accelerating ticking noise as i run thru my low gears... but my big issue is when i come to an off ramp and roll thru the turn as im ready to acclerate it will hesitate the push of the gas pedal then when it enguages it chirps my tires.... also when i come to an abrupt stop it will consistantly slam forward after a second of still ?????? any help with a fix would be appreciated
