Turbo Tiburon

Hey guys i want to put a Turbo charger in my 2001 Tiburon i have the normal 2.0L engine what parts should i put to make it riliable before putting the turbo in. people told me i need forged pistons connecting rod but what do i need more to make it reliable and ill only be running the turbo at 5 to 7 psi for now.
