I have a 1999 Buick Regal LS equipped with the electronic climate control. When I try to use the A/C all I get is hot air from all the vents. The flow selection is working fine and will go all the way from Defrost to the Floor and all in between positions. The compressor clutch engages and the amount of R134a shows full on a gauge. What could be causing this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to AF.
If you are 100% sure the refrigerant charge is good both low and high side then check the temperature actuators to make sure they move when you manually adjust either driver or passenger side temperature. There are two. If you drop down the dash glovebox and look to the upper left you will be the passenger side actuator.
Also, the actuators may be hung up so you can try a reset by undoing the battery positive cable for several minutes and then reconnect. But make sure the climate control is turned off manually first.
