Fujimi Ferrari 512S - old Wave kit? ... strange little thing

I just received the "new" Fujimi 512S kit. I know that this is an old tooling in a new box but browsing through the building guide I discovered that there is no seat (??) but wiring for the engine.
It seems really odd that they included a fair amount of engine detailing but missed the drivers seat in the old-kit-days.
I just needed to share that.

I don't have that kit in hand, but judging the way they break down the parts from pictures, I believe it is an ex-Heller kit. It had also been released under the brand Union ages ago. For the seats, they did not provide them separately but as one piece (kind of like 330P4).

It is an old Protar/Heller/Union/Wave kit, yes. Do we really need another re-release of that thing.

I have also received this kit from Japan, and it seems there is no seat. But checking the pictures in Internet, all of them have no seat (if you have one with seat, please shared it!!). Just an example from Gurneyflap:

I received mine yesterday too. If you flip the front cowl over you'll see the words HELLER. I matched it up to my Testors kit and yes, no differences at all. The tires and decal sheet are different.
I was under the impression that parts tree D-75 are the seats. At least according to the instructions.

The large black piece is the seat coverings. They pretty much just had a large shaped pad to sit in back then. You need to paint it a red with a bluish inset weave to it. Model Factory Hiro made a good decal sheet of the pattern.
