Car shuts down after 15 min.

My car shuts down after 15 min. of driving it. It will start back up when it feels like it. I have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee loredo. Ive checked the oil, transmission oil, and chnged the starter, battery, cleaned out the air system, I dont know what can it be please help.:crying:

I believe that you have an external fuel filter. Have you changed it recently?

possible pcm, cam, crank sensor

I was told it might be the fuel pump relat, could that be the problem? Where is the crank censor located or the cpm?

check engine light are on? if is take the fault code and you will know what the problem!

Is the 4.0? I'd guess Crankshaft Position Sensor. Do a search in the Cherokee section and you'll see several posts on it; there are also a couple of how-tos.
