but what are wet & dry papers ??

They are sand paper that are made for wet and dry application, so you can use water when sanding to help wash away the residue that is being removed from the object being sanded.

I recomend 3M automotive for sandpaper. Its what we use at the shop, and what i use at home, and pretty much all of there automotive sandpappers can be used wet or dry.

Yes it is re-usable, and not that expensive.. maybe $ 5 for 4 sheets 28 x 23 cm... Great stuff, but watch for the right grid of paper... lower then 1000 is way to coarse... try to get 1000 and 2000 and higher...
