Help finding a song

My girlfriend has looked on every chat she could find. No one knows, so I said I would help her out. I am looking for a song that she thinks came out around the early 90's. On the video, it shows a black woman singing and a guy in a bunny costume is robbing a place and being chased. Anyone know? Thanks for any help

I was actually going to start a thread like this earlier today. Sorry Dafoo I can't help my knowledge is quite limited.
As for my song it may be easier, it's the Song that the german Guy was playing in his Mercedes on the Simpsons.
Another one which is more difficult is one that has a compuet generated sound effect that sounds like a vioce on a loudspeaker that keeps a constant beat but then drops off a bit then goes back up, It's not much of a definition, but it's a pretty popular song.
As for my song it may be easier, it's the Song that the german Guy was playing in his Mercedes on the Simpsons.
