00' fl shake and pull

New ball joint, new tie rod ends, the strut is good and not lose.
if its driven very gently there is no notice but if you get on it. it pulls hard to the right and there is a shake and wable coming from the f L. Its worse when your turning. The half shaft does not click at all. no play in any direction in the wheel. I'm out of ideas. My neighbor says its the half shaft is out of balance???

CV balance shouldn't ever be an issue. I would look at engine and tranny mounts and make absolutely sure there is nothing loose in the front end.
