Telonu.com as a job search tool

I am looking for a job in the computer field and so I've been trying to figure out which companies offer the best for their employers as well as their customers.

I have looked at a few sites so far, and to my knowledge, TelOnU.com has the most information.

Are there other sites out there that can give me statistics like how many people they fire, or layoff annually or just reviews like TelOnU.com ?
