'95 Neon chugging problems

I've noticed recently that upon driving the Neon in town or for a long period of time, it will act like it is hitting injector cutoff at around 4000 RPM. There was only one time that it got so bad that the car died and wouldn't even idol upon starting it.

Upon letting it sit and cool down, it will start up and run normally. I've done a fuel pressure test will the problem was occurring and it is fine. I have codes for Cam/Crank timing off, but I know that there is nothing wrong with the timing. The problem is correlational to temperature so I was wondering if a sensor could be crapping out when the engine gets hot.
