1997 rodeo ac problem

I have a 97 rodeo. I replaced the compressor,evaporator, and dryer. The ac works fine but sometimes for no reason, the compressor shuts off. If I shut off the ac button inside for a minute or two and then turn it back on, the ac works fine again. I doesn't do it all the time. Any answers on this?
