Cruiser won't run

I have a 94 Cutlass Cruiser with a 3.1 and it will not run if i spray some starting fluid it starts,so i am thinking fuel problem checked fuel preasure 0 so i put 12v to the fuel pump wire and it showed 55 lbs then tried to start and nothing any help would be great thanks

Checked the fuses?

Checked the fuses?did that problem is with out useing the fuel pump test lead i can't charge the fuel rails and even when they are charge it still won't run

Very tough to understand what you are saying here. If the fuel pressure is 55 when getting 12v directly to the pump, it still will not start?. Do you have injector pulse?

From the crank sensor telling the pcm the engine is cranking, again how about fuses?

From the crank sensor telling the pcm the engine is cranking, again how about fuses?i checked all the fuses i know of the one in front by the relays the ones in the car and under the hood distrabution box if you know of any other ones i am all ears thanks
