dodge ram a/c won't blow

I have a 2004 dodge ram and the a/c puts out cold air and the fan speeds work. the problem is that the air doesnt blow out as hard as it should. anyone have the answer?

does it make a flutter noise, possible recirc door broken.....

there are no strange noises. just weaker air flow
