One code is for IDM ign monitor.
2 codes are engine tempt and air intake sensor or circuit high which spells low temperature.
And one is idle control problem.
For code definitions.
http://www.troublecodes.net/OBD2/Pcodes.shtml#1200
But code do not say replace stuff but check it out.
How is it running?
Is engine coming up to proper tempt?
First I would clear codes and see what comes back?
Post back what comes back.
For code repair flow charts.
A factory repair manual or.

well i have a reader but it won't clear the codes for somereason, The Engine runs good/smooth, comes up to temp like it should, the previous owner stated he had the engine rebuilt and i get a feeling some stuff wasn't hooked up correctly, i havn't dug in to the engine electrical deeply yet but what i have seen so far there are a lot of BAD electrical connections (I.E. twist n tape) after i get some coffee in me, i'll dig in deeper and see with what i can come up with.

MT i did try to clear the codes, and the reader i am using wouldn't clear them, using this reader http://www.iequus.com/Product/Detail/781BD308-1646-44D7-8B5A-AA8D790E6DA4
and all i got was ERROR, i even went as far as unhooking the battery terminals and try to re read.

Clear codes first to keep you from working on false problems.
A scanner may be needed for clearing codes.
Auto Zone or your parts place might clear codes for you.
Let us know how it goes.

You need a OBD11 scanner or engine capable scanner to clear codes.
Battery disconnect or code readers will not do the job.
