need help on a c clutch

where is the fuse or relay for 2000 ford explorer xls for the clutch on ac comp.have checked fuses inside s u v am not getting voltage to switch for the comp. to work :confused:

Which switch are you not getting voltage to, the HVAC control panel switch or the pressure switch?
Power to the HVAC control panel switch for A/C is fuse 10 (7.5A) in the Central Junction Box fuse panel. It should have battery voltage when the key is in the Run position.
Power to the cycling switches (two of them, a high pressure and a low pressure) receive pull line 86 of the PCM to ground when closed, which is a "Good" state.
The PCM controls the A/C clutch relay, and the switched portion of the relay receives power from fuse 1 (10A) in the Battery Junction Relay box. This fuse is hot at all times.

are you sure the system is fully charged first before playing with the electrical side?
if it's too low, the other sensors/switches won't allow the compressor to engage
if it's too low, the other sensors/switches won't allow the compressor to engage
