Water in passenger door

2002 Monte Carlo, water in passenger door, Is this a common problem? What is the fix?

Clean out the drain holes located along bottom of door at weather strip. should be front and back. Just did my girlfriends car same thing driver door water poured out it gets around weather strip at window
