F-150 engine upgrade

wanting to either go to a 7.3 diesel that I can get a complete donor vehicle or upgrade to a 351. 92 F-150 with 302 anyone know if the diesel will work or if the computer and all from the 302 will work with a complete fuel injected 351 from a junk yard
