What Paint Is This?!

Been searching for hours but can't find an actual brand/name. Firstly yes I know it's either House of Kolor's Kameleon or PPGs Harlequin or HiChem's OpticalFX or something like that. My question is what is the exact colour name/model? I'm pretty sure everything in the below links/videos is using the same paint (maybe with some subtle changes).

The remote control car video says what paint is being used but it's made by a model paint company ie not in large enough quantities to paint anything large.
