Modelmaster spray will work fine for the exterior of the body.

Getting a shiny paint job from the spray can on your first try can be hard. Your best bet would be to follow the instructions inside the FAQ. Model Masters will work fine. :)

Applied correctly, it should come out shiny, provided you are using a gloss paint too.
There is also a section in the FAQ about polishing paint and creating a high gloss finish, please read through the FAQ.

i airbrush my clearcoat and use can for the paint
