2005 Chrysler 300 Limited 3.5 ETC light

My check engine light had been on so, I went and got it checked out. They told me it was the EGR Valve so I replaced it. After that I took it for a drive and it started shaking and hesitating on stops. It also had a rough/high idle at stops and in park. The ETC light had came on while i was driving. I checked my hoses but they seem to be fine. I disconnected the battery and reconnected it and the lights turned off when the car is on but, still shakes a little in park. When I turn the key to On the Check Engine and ETC light come on. The ETC light will shut off after a while and then the engine light will start blinking about 10 times and then goes solid. If I turn the car on, both lights shut off. Any idea of what this could be? Also, I did the key test where i turn it on and off but all it says is "d0ne".
