2001 Power Steering

My 01 has developed the Ford power steering growl and moan, I have looked and cannot see how to access it to swap it out, any ideas?

The 4.6L engine on the Continental is very tight and make access to the pump very difficult- the power steering pump is mounted off the engine block in an inaccessible location. Try some power steering sealer which will swell the seals and reduce leakage. Otherwise drop the car off at your mechanic as the AC will have to be disconnected to get access as well as serpentine belt removal. It's a pain to work on, you'll also have to remove the radiator coolant overflow and unbolt the power steering reservoir.
