3.1 emission vac line routing

1995 3.1 throttle body with automatic transmission. It does have ac and cruise control.

I did major rebuild on top part of the engine on this van. I'm down to the emission vac line between throttle body, egr, canister, and hockey puck looking thing. The plastic line deteriorated and shattered in my hand so I'm routing thick rubber hose, and I can't find complete routing diagram for this. If anyone can take a picture under their hood and or draw diagram. that would be excellent. I went to the dealer and they couldn't help me. Please help. TIA
