Replacing the Belt Tensioner

How hard is it to change out the whole tensioner assembly? It looks like you just loosen and remove the bolt but I've never worked on cars without running into problems. I'm replacing it with the exact same GM part #

yes just a bolt, it will be easier to do if you remove the wheel and fender splash guard and do it from there. You will have to move AC lines about inch up and down since it will be very thigh down there. I am assuming you are working on a v6
