350 Tire noise

I have a 2003 350 Z, The original front tires were replaced and new align ment done by the dealer. I later replaced, the stock tires with Toyo proxies 4 with about 50 percent of tread left they were making the worst tire noise I had to replace them, and shortly after the rear. Now on my second set of Toyos I here a similar noise when breaking, or when turning sharp at low speed, I checked the brakes the seem to be fine. I am wondering if this a brake issue or a tire issue. Thanks

Do you drive on a blue stone road? I had a car in the shop that drove me crazy! I found out that all the roads out where this guy lived with his horrific noise were blue stone!
