93 Dakota needs throwout bearing.

Just bought a 93 dakota 2wd with a 3.9. When i got it the clutch master cylinder was physically broke. I replaced it and bled the clutch pedal and it is now like a rock and will not move. It also makes a whining noise when you go to press it in. I figure that it may be the throwout bearing. the problem i am having is that i have never had to replace one before and am looking for advice on how to install it. any information is appreciated.
