Transmission maintenance

Hey all,
I'd like to check the transmission fluid level on my 1990 Mightymax, 5 speed, 4 cylinder. Anybody know where it is?
Also, Right after I passed the 220,000 mile the maintenance light went on.
Anyone know how to turn it off?
