F-250 radio problems...Need help

Ok, I had a guy install cab lights on my truck a couple of months ago. First off, he wired them up to come on when my switch was on. Well that was a stupid thing he done so he rewired it to come on when the park lights are on. The problem I am having is that my radio no longer works. I can press the MENU button and it gives me the option of setting the time and that is all. After a few seconds it will go off. It doesn't display the time and will not play or anything. I have checked every fuse and relay and called 3 dealerships and every radio place locally and nobody can help.

Someone has to know how to fix this and if so please let me know as I am going stir crazy with no radio.:banghead:
