Fiero PROM chips. HELP!!

where can i get a new fiero prom chip!!! not even ebay has one for a manual w? a 4 cyl!!! i dont live near any real big junkyards either. Also is it possible to just use a different prom and reprogram it for the manual codes. i need help!!!
