Welcome to AF.
IF you have basic mechanical ability and a torque wrench calibrated in in/lbs, you can do this job yourself. On an 03 model, the UIM issue is not as common as on 99-earlier, as GM did a UIM revision in late 99. The LIM gaskets and the plastic elbows that go from engine (one from the LIM, the other from the timing cover) to the belt tensioner are the most common coolant leaks. However, if it's been leaking a while, and the coolant has gotten low, steam pockets can form which will erode the upgraded UIM where the old style failed, so be sure to inspect the UIM before assuming it is good.
