1997 4.3l s10 code w major vaccum leak

hi i have 1997 s10 4.3 code w it has a vacuum leak i think i changed the lower intake gasket and everything went great the nt day i went to drive it and as i was backing out of driveway stepped on brakes and engine started running vry badly. it is smoking i tink from too much fuel. i cleaned iac,egr,checked fuel pressure reg all good and all other vacuumlines i could get my hands on. i get a code for map sensor pressure too high. please help thank you

Does it act up when you step on brakes or all time?
