First off I am aware of the bronco 2 curse. I;m a victim. I purchased a 86 bronco II, after it sat a couple of years I gave it a new home.
Ran great after replacing both fuel pumps, filters, plugs, wires button.......
Last week it developed "the curse" everyone is talking about.. crank it up idles fine, drive it down the road, black smoke boiling out of the exhaust, skipping and running rough, push down the gas and she runs great till the engine levels back off then does it again?????????? Need some help here:banghead:

Look at the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail with a vacuum hose on it.
Pull the vacuum hose and if gas runs out buy a new regulator.
Otherwise check the pressure to determine if its correct.
