need some instrutions please

hi im trying to take my catalytic converters out but i dont know how to take the bolts out, theirs no space to get the two bolts, that hold the cat and the exust-manifold. also im trying to take out the transmission because i think i need to replace the transmission seal. i have a bad leak that comes from the torque converter. can any one help me with the steps i have to do so i can take these things out. thank you oh an i have a 2000 lincoln ls an its the v8
