o1 jeep cherokee

I have a 01 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4x4 my radiator fan stopped working.i checked the fuses all were good i ran wires from battery to fan motor wires it came on.once i hooked back normaly it still didn work need some suggestions on what to check on or look at.only thing i haven checked are relays dont know where there at or sensors any help for this problem.

the fan relay is probably the problem. it is located under the passenger side headlight. remove the headlight and cut a small section away from under the head light and the relay will be right there. there is a harder way but i don't know what that is. I had the same issure with my wife's 2001 zj.
