'95 won't start

I'm looking at getting this car in a trade for some work. It has been sitting for 2 months with dead battery, with a jump start it will turn over, but not start. He gave it a quick spray of starting fluid and it will start, but dies as soon as it burns it. Feul pump, filter?? Any ideas?

I would do the fuel pump, relay, and filter and see if it stays running. Let us know after you replace these 3 items.
