I have a 91 Civic HB Si. How do I replace the timing belt? The guys wants $100 just for the labor. SO I think I want to see if I can do it.

$100 isn't all that bad for Labor on a Timing Belt. I would suggest that you search for how to do it. I have explained it many times in many post of how to do it. If you don't have an air compressor or an impact gun strong enough to break the bolt on the crank pulley loose than i would just pay the guy.
