Transmission speed sensor, don't have a clue.

My check engine light is on only cauce my trans axcel speed sensor is broken. When I drive 60 it is off by 5 miles. I would really want to change it so that when selling the car it will b perfect. It anyone knows could u please explain how to change that sensor? Pictures would be best. Thank u.
