Fuel injector cleaner...

I got a bottle of Valvoline high mileage fuel injector cleaner. Now, I need to replace the fuel filter soon so should I run the injector cleaner before or after I replace the filter? I'm thinking before so all the junk will be caught by the filter and then that will be replaced. Any thoughts?
PS: I got the bottle for free so don't knock the product. :) Or just let me know your experience and if you even think the stuff works.

FWIW, Chevron Techron is the best on the market, but replace the filter first.

I guess it can't hurt to put it in your tank, but I've always heard good things about BG 44k FI cleaner.
Since the injectors are downstream from the filter, it would make sense to me to replace the filter first since the cleaner isn't going to loosen anything from the injectors that the filter would catch anyway.
