I got 10k H.I.D. in a 94 caprice. I have 2 keep turnin' the headlight switch on and off for both of them 2 come on. Do I need 2 change my fuse or what???

10k lamps could get the cops on ya...if your watts are too high above 55watts you will need to reduce to a lower wattage....or the ballast is bad drawing too much current ....can you measure the current flow amount ?

On the ballast. It say each bulb is 35W.

somehow you have a overcurrent ....too many amps will cause your problem ...35watts is good ...you must measure the current to see if the ballasts are defective..also you must check your wiring as if it is shorting out this will occur as well...............
the wires need to be covered with loom and secured ...
connections secure with the use of the proper lug fasteners and even solding and heat shirk to protect the connections from corrosion / shorting out ...
