Madish:I love the roof wing! I can't believe I hadn't thought of doing that yet, lol. those meshies look great on the car, but if you use the body kit, you'll need to make them much deeper dished and lower profile tires. I would sleeve them and make them 18" instead of the 17s they represent.

Wishieftrottle: The work on the body kit will definitely be worth it in the end. It looks a thousand times better with just that little bit of attention to detail!

I can't wait to see how this "friendly competition" turns out!

Nice, thanks for sharing the wip pics. As i never knew this kit came with round and square headlights. Also amber and red taillights!! Keep the updates coming.

I really dont know which color on wheels. If you take a look on that beautiful green color and red-silver-grey decals on it, in which color the wheels could look awesome?

Not sure.. perhaps you could paint in black or dark gray with a very thin red lines on the border

Great job Wishief! I returned home so I managed to almost finish the interior. Just a few touch ups and it will be done :D However I'm going for a month for the holidays :D

So I got finally home :D Today I was messing with the wheel alingment since I want to paint the chassis ASAP :D

So let's roll till the accident occur! :D
I sanded the chrome off exhaust tip and "putty-ed" it. Licence plates are from Tamiya S13 because it had 2 decal sheets in the box. The rectangle on the left is the kit's actual plastic License plate covered in BFM foil. This allowed the licence plate to get the depth and shine :D

Roofwing + sideskirts were clearcoated with Zero Paints Clear Coat 1K but I was dissapointed. The clear coat is called "pre-thined, ready for use" but is too thick so it made nice white webs and dust. I was foolish enough not to try it somewhere else. Will sand it, THIN the clear and clearcoat again :D

As I wanted to cover the white webs I applied too much of the clear and it "ate" the body color :D

Hood and Body is covered in TS-13 because the spray is doing the job quicker :D Then wet-sanded with 1000 paper.

Finaly polished with KPM Bratislava polishing compounds. I love it! :D
