auto security

well I am looking for a security system for my car, nothing big, just something to protect what I have invested in. probably with keyless entry for my electronic locks, and I'm basically looking for something I could have installed by myself for about $200-300 that is mostly plug and play, but does'nt look like $h*t. I would like remote start, but apparently no kits are out there for standard transmissions, so I'm kinda out of luck unless I hook a solenoid to the clutch, but that's too much of a hassle right now...
