Jaguar XJS H.E TWR

Hi,
This is a jaguar xjs Tom Walkinshaw Racing , an old hasegawa kit which I bought for $40 during a swap and sell meet in Perth couple months ago.

The engine looks good and the paint looks good also, well done!

I like how you've managed the two-tone paint job, but if I may offer a little bit of criticism, then the bumpers on the car were mostly black with just the top part in chrome and the lock/lights area on the boot could use more attention (it should be like on any road-going XJS). Also there are no licence plates on the car so no need for the holes in the trunk lid but it's a bit too late to do anything about that. I also suggest dulling down the rims, but to be honest the chrome bumpers are the ones that just scream for black paint. After that's corrected it will look very impressive on the shelf.

nice looking model, well done on the paint. i agree with the black on the bumpers but looks great anyways. i got the same kit but the decals are all yellow, i tried to look for another ones but no luck.

Looks very nice. I have seen a few of these in shops, but never one built.

Hi, thanks for the comment, the kit was actually finished back home in Indonesia just hours before I got back to Perth, so didnt get the chance to paint the bumpers black, but it is on my to do list when I get back home, Thanks
