Removing 4th spark plug on V8

I'm doing a tune up on my '93 F-150 V8 5.0. Managed to get a socket wrench on all the spark plugs for removal/replacement, but can't seem to get the wrench on the plug for cylinder 4. Tried various lengths of extenders with no luck because of a metal hose blocking way.
Anyone have a suggestion?

i have a 94 f150 with a 5.0 and i changed mine a couple weeks ago and i used a 5in extension. it worked for me its just for back there.
