Well, this summer I will probably be selling my 4g4d. For pics and info go here: http://www.cs.uidaho.edu/~coll9947 and click on "CAR"
Here's the status: Right now, the pistons in the brake calipers are sticking, and the rotors are quite warped and scarred, but I am getting the brakes TOTALLY redone right when I get out of school with braided steel lines, completely new calipers, rotors, pads.
It also is throwing a code 16, but I will be getting that fixed as well when I get the brakes done.
The car currently has 102,XXX miles on it, and shouldn't get much more on it between now and when I sell it.
The sheetmetal is in wonderful condition, I keep the paint looking gorgeous all year round. I am taking it to a paintless dent repair place to get minor dings pulled.
The interior is SPOTLESS. You have not SEEN a 4g4d this clean, I garantee.
I will sell it with the stereo and all the repairs that I am making to it before I sell it for $4000. Without the stereo (i'll put back in the stock deck and 4 OEM speakers) it will go for $3500.
See my signature for info on the stereo. It is loud, clean, and expertly installed by a certified professional.
I have all of the service records for the length of my ownership, as WELL as the complete history of it from the day it arrived in America from the previous owner who also babied it. The car has ONLY been worked on at a Honda/Acura specific shop in my home town, and they know what they are doing.
CV joints are good, timing belt was replaced at 76000 miles, new plugs. Comes with 2 snow tires.
The reason I am selling it is I will probably be getting a 1995 Acura Legend (v6 6-speed coupe) and I just can't pass up a gorgeous car like that.
Drop me a line if you are interested, and I'll let you know what happens.
I would much rather sell it to someone on this board who loves 4th gens than to some 16 year old girl who just wants a car with a CD player. (nothing against girls, just the ones who don't treat their cars nice!)
I live in Boise, Idaho.

You seem about a $1000 too high on your price to me, but it's your car not mine.

Well for the Idaho market that is normal, but yeah, it is a little higher just because it is so damn clean and I've taken such good care of it and have all of the records. But I am very flexible on the price.
