Hello all,
A friend call me today to say a F1 was seen arriving by truck to Monaco by an Top Marques exhibitor and since someone says it would be #046 !!!
So what do you think about that ? I check the "MAC 1P" plate on DVLA twice one month ago and one week ago and it doesn't appear...
The only drawback, it was at FOS press day ?

I suspected it might have been for sale/sold when it appeared at Goodwood without its registration plates. All other times it has been anywhere the plates were never removed.
If I hear any news I'll be sure to mention it.

That picture was taken in Sept 2007 by Le Man's brother, I believe.
If you go back and look, you'll see it was me that posted it on SC.net the other day in a thread about the Sultan of Michigan collection. :)

He saw the photo was freshly posted on SC.net and figured that it was new and perhaps had been taken in Monaco. As I explained, it was kind of my fault.

thats actually pretty interesting, not sure if anyone else has picked up on this, but it says "DK ENGINEERING LTD" at the bottom of the number plate, which is the same place that had 16R for sale
does anyone know of it ever being there? and what for? did they sell it, or maybe just make up a new set of number plates for the owner at the time? DKENG is in chorleywood, herts.

im now wondering how many F1's have they been involved with because i thought it was just the one-off with 16R, it appears maybe not
just noticed this on their "contact us" page:
Helicopter landing facilities are also available.very cool! :smokin:

Thanks for all the info Phil.
Like I said, an F1 with that many miles would only be bought by someone who also intends to drive it as well. I suspect there will be more opportunities for photos. Thankfully there are a lot of people who keep cameras handy in that part of the world. :)

A friend will speak to the owner this week. My little finger hopes an apparition this week-end.
Unhappily, I can't go in south France like I had sheduled since end of 2009 with my car broken.
