emc problems

I have a 1990 jimmy 5.7L. Is there a fuse for the ecm? and if there is where would it be located? I went to start my jimmy the other day and it wouldn't start, I have spark and fuel but no gas out of the injectors, I'm thinking my ecm is bad but I heard something about ecms having a fuse that can blow. Any help would be great, Thank You.
