Seats and Sounds

I just bought a '95 J30. It's a good little car but has a few problems. One is the power controls not working for the driver side seat. The passenger side works fine. Do different fuses or circuits operate each seat?

Also, there is a whinny sound coming from the rear of the vehicle on a consistent basis. It kinda sounds like the radio antenna deploying but I don't think it's that. I would appreciate any input on these issues.

Had the same problem with my J awhile back. The noise you are hearing might be the radio going bad. The Bose radios are notorious for this problem. Even worse you can't just replace the unit itself without replacing the speakers. So the best route would be to Google the Infiniti radio and send it to them for repair.
