I have a 99 jgc and it's over heating. I recently changed the thermostat twice and still overheating. the coolant is backing up into the coolant over flow and boiling out. any suggestions?

Clay, Welcome to AF.
In older vehicles, where the coolant hasn't been changed, you'll often get corrosion in the radiator - not enough to really see, but enough to degrade the system enough so that it's fine in the winter, but come summer you'll get an overheat.
Does your Jeep overheat all the time, or just in heavy traffic?
