92 aerostar, fuel injection problems

I bought this van and it has been sitting for a cou8ple years. The fuel pump was bad, and I suspected the regulator wasn't right. Replaced both, now I have fuel pressure at the rail, but no start. Spray gas into uppper manifold, and starts right up. Oh yes, it has 3.0, automatic, about 150000 showing. Just learned that fuel pump is running constantly, doesn't shut down, Now am wondering which one of the three relays is the pump relay, got a black, brown, and green.
